Case management at EPCH is a huge component in what sets us apart from other facilities as we provide family centered care for our patients. They play a key role in getting services approved at the appropriate level of care as defined by individual insurance, to providing information from the multidisciplinary team to justify the medical necessity of patient care to insurers.
